CWS COVID PROTOCOL
by posted 02/26/2021

CWS

Covid Protocol

  1. All participants are to wear facemasks at any sanctioned CWS Event. This includes parents, players, refs and all CWS Tm officials to all games, practices and ride sharing where applicable to CWS Events.

  2. Social distancing is still required by all parents and players when not in the game.

  3. Players are asked to bring all their own equipment including balls, shin guards, bags and water bottles. Please do not share water at this point for any reason.

  4. We can only have a maximum of 100 people on a field at any one time including players. Please help us achieve this with consideration of everyone. If we can keep extra bodies to a minimum as every club has to ensure a secure place to play following league guidelines.

  5. Please encourage players about properly coughing or sneezing into your elbow when around others.

  6. After games limit coach player talks as we want parents and players to leave the complex for the next teams to come in to avoid to large of groups of people hanging out.

  7. Players are not to take off any equipment after the game until they get to their vehicles.

  8. If anyone does not feel well, we ask you do not attend any sanctioned CWS event until you meet current guideline quarantine.

  9. If someone gets covid and has attended a CWS event we ask that you contact your coach who can then follow up with a CWS representative to figure out how to move forward.

At the end of the day we want to make sure we meet all the mandated criteria given by the league and the governing guidelines. By doing this it will hopefully ensure that we can move forward to the next phase with fewer restrictions and move back to a more normal soccer experience for all participants.

CWS Tryouts 2020
by posted 07/01/2020

Hi CWS Families

If your receiving this email it’s because you have registered for Virtual tryouts. Given the current situation and upcoming deadlines this was the best way to get the ball rolling. You will receive an email with three links on it. Got to the link based on your players age group and click it. This should give you multiple drill to perform. Have someone video you doing the drills. When you are happy with your video you will email it to your age specific coach. You will find the coaches emails on the Same email as the video link. Videos must be submitted by Friday July 3rd at 5:00 P.M. Coaches will rAeview and place kids in a temporary place holder based off their initial evaluations of their videos. Final roster spots will be given as we start to train together. Once the evaluations are done coaches will contact players letting them know the following week. You will receive further instructions Team registration, uniform ordering, and training updates as we get going. Thanks again for making a tough situation as good as we can for our kids.

Kind Regards Marty L
